Common questions
I lost my licence key (or never received one)
Check your email for a message from [email protected] with the subject "Your WhatCable Pro licence key". If you can't find it, switch the form above to "Transaction ID" and paste your Stripe receipt number or payment ID. We'll look up your purchase and send the key over.
My key isn't working
Make sure you're pasting the full key including the dashes (e.g. XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Right-click WhatCable in the menu bar, click Licence, and paste it there. If it still fails, your Mac might be offline. WhatCable validates the key once on activation and needs an internet connection for that first check.
Can I move my key to a new Mac?
Your key works on up to 2 Macs at a time. If you've replaced a machine and hit the device limit, get in touch using the form above and we'll reset it for you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If WhatCable Pro isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
