Common questions

I lost my licence key
Check your email for a message from [email protected] with the subject "Your WhatCable Pro licence key". If you can't find it, use the form above with any details you remember (purchase email, approximate date) and we'll look it up.
My key isn't working
Make sure you're pasting the full key including the dashes (e.g. XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Right-click WhatCable in the menu bar, click Licence, and paste it there. If it still fails, your Mac might be offline. WhatCable validates the key once on activation and needs an internet connection for that first check.
Can I move my key to a new Mac?
Your key works on up to 2 Macs at a time. If you've replaced a machine and hit the device limit, get in touch using the form above and we'll reset it for you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If WhatCable Pro isn't working for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
